Beverly Lathrop founded the first Bev & Co in 1978 in Homer, New York. Upon Beverly’s retirement in 1998, her daughter, Renee Neiderman became actively involved in the business. Renee followed in her mother’s foot steps and took Bev & Co. to the next level! With Renee’s vision and determination, she now has opened three other locations: Ithaca, Sackets Harbor and Skaneateles, New York.

Both Renee’s daughter, Ashley Neiderman, and daughter-in-law Amber LeFever are involved in the daily operations of Bev & Co. Renee’s daughter Emily, son Aaron, and husband Rick all play an important role behind the scenes to make Bev & Co. the success that it is!
